everyday i wake up i think to myself

he didn’t have to be here

he could have been doing something else

and as long as i live i will never forget the things that i was going thru

i handled them just fine by myself

until they started affecting my health

didn’t have to love me he could a loved someone else

didn’t have to leave everything he knew

to put a smile on my face

but he saw i needed help

and got on the plane and put trust in God

that things would work out

and it seemed like no one cared

no one wanted to share the pain

so why should they share the pleasure

listening to me complain just wasn’t good enough

he had to be here to see the face

the eyes that never lied

the tears i never cried

and rest my mind assure that he was going to make me smile

not just for a minute but for a long time

and hold my hand to let me know that things would be just fine

and at that moment

time started to fly i started to have fun

without the extra weight

we know time can make us wait

but when he came it seemed as if he wasn’t late

nothing much was up for debate

but how hard can you smile

how long is a while because he’s going to stay

he’s never going to leave and i believe him

like everyone else i believed in

like everything else being let down will never stop me from believing

after all the things i’ve achieved

after all the hearts that didn’t want to share

he most definitely didn’t have to be here

but now that he is he is not going anywhere

FACT is…most people don’t know what they need,

let alone what they want,

they don’t learn from others peoples mistakes so they continue to put on a front
Like they are so smart, they can’t be hurt.

They don’t know what Love is So they stay seeking out Jerks.
They lie to themselves about just how much they can put up with

So they end up hitting the woman they love then they label her for not being shit.

They hesitate on speaking to the woman of their dreams cuz they feel they wasn’t cut out for it.

Then they drink their pains away thinking this must be the true feeling of bliss.

For them, they don’t really care much about themselves, so how could they care about another.

How could they have babies with their lovers instead of making a family that consists of a Father and a Mother.

they don’t have to be understood but they most certainly should feel good they can be lost and never found
they can be gone and never around
but if your Heart is truly in it there shouldn’t be a conflict of time you should just spend it
